A film that peaks in its prologue, Aditya Dhar’s hyper-violent Dhurandhar: The Revenge is a rushed, overlong, blood-soaked sequel to Dhurandhar (or “Stalwart”), which was equally vicious, but far more polished and propulsive.

Read the full reviewThe only subtle thing about Aditya Dhar’s follow-up to his monster hit Dhurandhar (2025) is its title. Dhurandhar: The Revenge doesn’t quite capture what Dhar sets out to do.
Read the full reviewThe sequel is gripping but overstuffed, thrilling yet overstretched and repetitive. A well-crafted, engaging saga that doesn’t know when to stop.
Read the full reviewIn the end, riding on Ranveer’s leonine performance, Dhurandhar 2 roars, but in its deafening cocktail of patriotism and propaganda, it forgets the quiet cost of humanity, leaving little space for reflection.

Read the full review'Dhurandhar: The Revenge' is a paradox. It's a brilliantly executed spy thriller with top-tier action, compelling moments, and undeniable cinematic ambition.
Read the full reviewWhat I disliked in Dhurandhar, I disliked even more in this one. None of what I liked was carried forward here. And the propaganda that was subtle and annoying, is now blatant and amusing.

How is the fan score worked out?
It is a Fair Score, not a plain average. Votes from brand new accounts, accounts that have rated only one film, several votes from one network, sudden bursts, and accounts that only ever give 1 or 5 stars count for less. A few early ratings cannot swing it. Nothing is hidden: we show the star bars above.
