The trouble with Ready, a remake of the same film made in several South Indian languages, is not that it doesnt have any plot or any sense. We do not expect those to be the prime movers in a Bazmee line-up.

One of the most frequently repeated terms to describe and legitimise Bollywood’s silliest products is “paisa vasool.” This patronising yet appreciative phrase denotes giving up, the person using the term confessing that while the…

Ready should have just been called: Salman Khan. The film is essentially a one-man show by an actor, who doesnt act.

Please don’t go into the movie expecting sense. Or sensibility. Ready is pretty much a showcase for what Salman Khan does best-which is fight, dance, charm the girls, and laugh lazily at everyone.

While the first half largely revolves around Prems shenanigans, it comes packed with predictable jokes and innuendo. Ready is mindless but entertaining in parts.

How is the fan score worked out?

It is a Fair Score, not a plain average. Votes from brand new accounts, accounts that have rated only one film, several votes from one network, sudden bursts, and accounts that only ever give 1 or 5 stars count for less. A few early ratings cannot swing it. Nothing is hidden: we show the star bars above.
