Maidaan movie review: what critics say (7)
What critics say Critics are mostly positive with reservations: 3 of 7 rated critics gave it 3.5 or more, 2 gave it 2 or less. Criticised: the pacing and the emotion.
Maidaan is its truest when the real faces behind that historical win surface in their old glory. Too bad it’s the end of what could have been a beginning.

How is the fan score worked out?
It is a Fair Score, not a plain average. Votes from brand new accounts, accounts that have rated only one film, several votes from one network, sudden bursts, and accounts that only ever give one star's films 1 or 5 stars count for less. A few early ratings cannot swing it. Nothing is hidden: we show the star bars above.
