Saaho movie review: what critics say (18)
What critics say Critics are largely negative: 1 of 17 rated critics gave it 3.5 or more, 13 gave it 2 or less. Criticised: the action, the pacing and the emotion.
But Sujeeth’s Saaho challenges that theory by bringing it down even lower in its senseless pursuit of God-knows-what.
Read the full reviewI know that a popcorn entertainer like Saaho isnt driven by logic or coherence. And I would have made my peace with it if the film delivered a good time. My biggest complaint is that its a crashing bore.
Read the full reviewAt a runtime of just short of three hours, Saaho is a bloated action drama which never realises its full potential.
Read the full reviewGiven the amount of time devoted to action sequences in Saaho, Prabhas' moves have no smoothness or finesse. As he lumbers, his thighs thunder. And when he's not fighting, he looks pasty, his body is droopy and language languid.
Read the full reviewSaaho is a missed opportunity for director Sujeeth who failed despite getting a perfect technical team, talented actors and massive investment.

How is the fan score worked out?
It is a Fair Score, not a plain average. Votes from brand new accounts, accounts that have rated only one film, several votes from one network, sudden bursts, and accounts that only ever give 1 or 5 stars count for less. A few early ratings cannot swing it. Nothing is hidden: we show the star bars above.
