As a work of fan-fiction, Azhar is a mostly watchable film with a solid lead, but falls far short of being either entertaining, insightful, or worthy of recommendation. Hashmi and D’Souza try hard, and their effort shows.

How is the fan score worked out?

It is a Fair Score, not a plain average. Votes from brand new accounts, accounts that have rated only one film, several votes from one network, sudden bursts, and accounts that only ever give 1 or 5 stars count for less. A few early ratings cannot swing it. Nothing is hidden: we show the star bars above.
