2026 · Hindi · NDTV
Don't Be Shy is colourful, occasionally funny and carried by a promising young ensemble, but its predictable storytelling and uneven pacing keep it from becoming the memorable coming-of-age film it clearly wants to be.
2026 · Hindi · NDTV
It feels like a film that had all the right ingredients but forgot the recipe.
2025 · Tamil · NDTV
The film reflects its titular sporting format - lengthy, occasionally rewarding, but lacking the consistent dynamism needed to sustain interest across its duration.
2025 · Hindi · NDTV
The film's reliance on melodrama and a predictable formula detracts from its potential to offer a fresh perspective on the father-daughter dynamic or the pursuit of dreams.
