Khajoor Pe Atke movie review: what critics say (6)
What critics say Critics are largely negative: 0 of 6 rated critics gave it 3.5 or more, 5 gave it 2 or less. Praised: the emotion.
Overall, mounted with moderate production values the film is a mediocre fare worth a Sunday watch on television.
Read the full reviewA copy of the Marathi film Ventilator, Khajoor Pe Atke exaggerates in every possible way bringing down what could have been a wonderful situational dark comedy to something unsavory.
Read the full reviewAll said & done, Khajoor Pe Atke is hanging on a very thin plot. This is a golden opportunity lost. A few funny moments here and there, that's it. Watch it only if you can laugh at anything and everything.
Read the full reviewComparisons with the Marathi film Ventilator could have been valid, had the emotional angle in the film been a little strong.
Read the full reviewWe would suggest not to make an effort of watching this one on the silver screen.
Despite a promising theme, Khajoor Pe Atke is somewhere lost in translation. Thanks to Manoj and Seema Pahwa's terrific comic timing, the audience bears to sit through this 120-minute botched up relationship drama.

How is the fan score worked out?
It is a Fair Score, not a plain average. Votes from brand new accounts, accounts that have rated only one film, several votes from one network, sudden bursts, and accounts that only ever give 1 or 5 stars count for less. A few early ratings cannot swing it. Nothing is hidden: we show the star bars above.
