Kannappa movie review: what critics say (8)
What critics say Critics are divided: none of the 7 rated critics gave it 3.5 or more, 1 gave it 2 or less. Praised: the emotion. Criticised: the pacing.
While the core story of Kannappa occupies only about one-third of the film's runtime, the war and the romance take up the rest, and the film loses out on novelty by echoing Baahubali.

How is the fan score worked out?
It is a Fair Score, not a plain average. Votes from brand new accounts, accounts that have rated only one film, several votes from one network, sudden bursts, and accounts that only ever give 1 or 5 stars count for less. A few early ratings cannot swing it. Nothing is hidden: we show the star bars above.
